the staff were amazing. the rooms were clean and very nice.. aircon was a bonus. location is perfect and nearby restaurants and transportation are convenient.
the room was like a cupboard. the bathroom and toilet were separate with the toilet so small you could barely fit inside.

My room smelled strongly of mold mixed with cigarette smoke. An employee said that we could not use the elevator to reach our floor. My mother had to carry four bags up a narrow staircase alone, despite her age and foot injury. The breakfast was weak, and the staff lacked proactivity and were arrogant.
